Electron process is made more democratic by the following ways:-

• Election are held at regular intervals which differs from country to country. Like in India, Electron at National & State level are done in every 5 years

• Every vote casted by a eligible citizen has one and equal value irrespective of his social background.

• They are conducted in free and fair way, there is freedom to vote for everyone who is eligible, no illegal method is used like moving away the polling booths etc.

• There is a real competition between political parties who put forward their policies and programmes.

• Before elections, the election commission and Supreme court ensures affidavit, to get rid of illegality and pending cases of the members in a political party$.$
