The dimensions of the resulting cuboid obtained are : 

Length =4×7=28cm, breadth =7cm  and height =7cm.

Total surface area of a cuboid of length l, breadth b and height h

=2(l×b+b×h+l×h)

So, the total surface area of the cuboid  =2(28×7+7×7+7×28)

=2(196+49+196)=441cm2

Volume of a cuboid of length l, breadth b and height h =l×b×h

So, the volume of the cuboid =28×7×7=1372cm3
