1. Surgery is a medical treatment in which your body is cut open so that part of it can be removed or repaired.

2.Pasteurization is the process by which food products (such as juice and dairy products) are mildly heated to kill off harmful bacteria, salmonella, and other disease-causing pathogens. These products are thus made safe for consumption. So this way pasteurization keep us healthy.

3.Lister introduced carbolic acid (now known as phenol) to sterilise surgical instruments and to clean wounds. He is also known as the the "father of modern surgery".
