Periosteum contains osteoblasts, or cells that can manufacture new bonegrowth and repair. Tooth enamel, unfortunately, doesn't have the same regenerative powers. Unlike bones, teeth cannot heal themselves or grow back together if they are broken

hey user here is ur ans is......

There are 206 bones in the human skeleton, not including teeth and sesamoid bones (small bones found within cartilage):

• 80 axial bones, which include the head, facial, hyoid, auditory, trunk, ribs, and sternum.

• 126 appendicular bones, which include arms, shoulders, wrists, hands, legs, hips, ankles, and feet.
teeth are made of a composition of mineral salts, calcium, and phosphorus. The layer of the tooth that you brush is called the enamel, while the majority of the tooth material itself is called dentine. Bones on the other hand are made of calcified tissue, except during the first few weeks of of pregnancy where your bones are composed of cartilage, then after a few weeks a process called ossification takes place where your cartilagenous tissue is slowly replaced by calcium phosphate. This process of ossification where your bones become more and more calcified is completed around the age of 25. Teeth like bones are composed of calcium, but bones have far more calcium than teeth do. Hope that answers your question.
