See first of all ur reaction itself is wrong ... The right reaction is as follows :

C6H12O6----------------->

In the absence of O2

C2H5OH+CO2

So now if this has to be balanced then it would be as follows:

C6H12O6----------------------------->

In the absence of O2

2C2H5OH + 2CO2....
