CaCO3 decompose to give CaO and CO2, if the masses of CaO and CO2 produced are 5.6 g and 4.4 g respectively by heating 12g of an impure CaCO3 sample then the% impurity of the sample will be​

Answer:

As 5.6+4.4 g is 10.0 g

so purity % would be 10/12*100

which is 83.33% ..

so (100-83.33)%

so impurity % would be =16.67%
