Answer:

Calamity brings unity, tolerance and nostalgia among people

Undoubtedly, calamity brings unity, tolerance, and nostalgia. Though no one wants calamity, yet calamity proves a blessing in disguise. Let’s see how it happens.

Whenever there is a calamity such as floods, earth-quake or war with a neighboring country, people become united. They forget all their differences and stand together, helping one another. Their sympathy and empathy become active.

Their tolerance level also rises up. The calamity conditions make man tolerant as he knows he can’t do anything to deal with the enormity of the situation. He also forgets his self-centerdness and selfishness.

Lastly he realizes the importance of his normal life before the calamity struck ad begins feeling grateful. Before the calamity struck, he was taking his life for granted. Thus he begins feels nostalgic.

Thus, we can conclude that calamity brings unity, tolerance, and nostalgia.
