Nitric acid reacts with sodium carbonate to form sodium nitrate, carbon dioxide and water. Sulfuric acid reacts with calcium carbonate to form calcium sulfate, carbon dioxide and water. Hydrochloric acid reacts with calcium carbonate to form calcium chloride, carbon dioxide and water.
