\huge\underline\mathrm{SOLUTION:-}

As the angles are in the ratio 2:5:4:1, they can be written as-

  • 2x, 5x, 4x, and x

Now, as the sum of the angles of a quadrilateral is 360°,

2x + 5x + 4x + x = 360°

Or, x = 30°

Now, all the angles will be,

2x =2 × 30° = 60°

5x = 5 × 30° = 150°

4x = 4 × 30° = 120°, and

x = 30°

Answer:

sum of the angles if a quadrilateral = 360 degrees

the ratio of angles =2:4:5:7

let the angles be 2x ,4x, 5x, 7x

So 2x+4x+5x+7x = 360

18x = 360

x = 360/18

x = 20

So 1st angle = 2x = 2×20 = 40

2nd angle = 4x = 4×20 = 80

3rd angle = 5x = 5×20 = 100

4th angle = 7x = 7×20 = 140

Hope it helps
