calculate area of trapezium pqrs in which SR = 6 cm RQ= 17 cm TQ= 8cm

Answer:

area= a+b/2×h

by Pythagoras theorem

17×17=8×8 +b×b

b×b= (17+8)(17-8)

b×b= 225

b=15

area= 22 +6/2 = 14

14×15=210sq cm
