Current =  \frac{Voltage \: }{Resistance \: }

Heat \:  produced =  {Voltage }  \times \: Current  \times Time

Voltage=250V

Time=10sec

If the resistance is R

Current= 250/R

Heat produced= 250×(250/R)× 10 J

Heat produced=625000/R Joules
