From relation:

k =  \frac{1}{2} mv {}^{2}

here m=50kg,v=10m/s

substituting values into formula we get;

k =  \frac{1}{2}  \times 50 \times 100

 =  > 25 \times 100

k = 2500joules

Also,

p = m \times v

 =  > 50 \times 10

p = 500kgm \div sec
