Gram molecular mass of H2SO4 = 2 + 32 + 64 = 98 g
Therefore in 98 g of H2SO4, 1 mole of hydrogen is present. (Avogadro's law)
Therefore
In 1 g of H2SO4 = 1/98 moles of hydrogen is present
In 196 g of H2SO4 = 1/98 * 196 moles of hydrogen is present.
= 2 moles of hydrogen is present.
Therefore in 196 g of H2SO4, 2 moles of hydrogen is present.

Hope this helps you.
