Number of moles need to be calculated first, which is equal to 4.6/23 ie wt by gram molecular mass. This is 0.2mol. Now, we know that one mole has avogadro number molecules. Hence, 0.2*6.023*10power23 is that number of sodium atoms. Then gram atoms is itself equal to moles of sodium. This will be 0.2g atoms in given wt of substance.
