what we know here is :
the mass of electron=9.109* 10^-31 kg
1gram= 1*10^-3 kg
.......
so, we equate the mass of a electron times a no. which will make it equivalent to 1 gram or 10^-3 kg.let that no. be x for now.
.......
so, 
10^-3= 9.109*  10 ^-31 *   (x)
or,
x=10^-3/  9.109 * 10^-31
or,
x=10^28/ 9.109
so, x=1.097* 10^27

so, 1 gram of electrons would contain 1.097x10^27 electrons
