Given Volume of Sulfur Dioxide Gas = 11.2 Litres

we knwo that:-

Moles=\dfrac{volume\:given}{22.4}

Hence:-

Moles of SO2 given will be :-

=\dfrac{11.2}{22.4}\\ \\ \\=0.5\:Moles

\rule{200}{2}

Now:-

we know that :-

1\:Mole=N_A\:molecules

Thus:-

Total molecules present in 11.2L SO2 will be :-

=0.5*N_A

where:-

N_A=6.022*10^{23}\\

\rule{200}{2}

1 molecule of SO2 has total 3 atoms.

1 atom of S and 2 atoms of O

\rule{200}{2}

Total number of atoms given :-

=0.5*N_A*3\\ \\ \\=1.5N_A\:Atoms

where:-

N_A=6.022*10^{23}

\rule{200}{2}
