8.49% sodium

Rest 1.31% hydroxide

Explanation:

Total is 9.8 n

Take it as 9.80

Subtract density from it

Density also means hydroxide concentration

Thus hydroxide concentration is 1.31%

9.80-1.31=8.49%= sodium concentration.
