At STP a mole of oxygen molecules will occupy 22.4 litre of volume. 1 mole of O2 molecules have at =2×16=32gm. 32gm of active mass could occupy 22.4 litres Hence 5.6 litres would occupy (5.6/22.4)×32=8gms.
