  Cu + 2NO₃ → Cu(NO₃)₂

From this we find that 1 mole of Cu produces 1 mole of Cu(NO₃)₂

No. of moles in 1g of Cu=   given mass/gram atomic mass

                                       =1/63.54

                                       =0.015

Since no. of moles of copper and copper nitrate are equal from above reaction, 0.015 moles of copper nitrate will be obtained from 1g of copper.
