HOW DO SUBSTANCE LIKE CARBON DIOXIDE (CO2) AND WATER (H2O) MOVE IN AND OUT OF THE CELL ?

There is semi permeable membrane in cells which help oxygen and carbon dioxide to move in and out to higher concentration level to lower concentration level.
This process is called as DIFFUSION.

Substances have cell membrane through which co2 & h20 move in and out of cell through higher concentration to lower concentration by osmosis or diffusion.
