Hello mate,
We know that Current= Charge/ time
Here charge isn't given, but we know that 1 e⁻ has 1.6*10⁻¹⁹ Coulomb charge.
So charge here on 10 e⁻ = 1.6*10⁻¹⁹ × 10= 1.6*10⁻¹⁸ C
Now by formula: I= q/t
I= 1.6*10⁻¹⁸ ÷ 10
⇒ 1.6*10⁻¹⁹ Ampere
