molar mass of glucose=180gm/mol.given that 5%of 250g=12.5g solute.
then gm of solvent left=(given)250-12.5=237.5g of solvent.
Assuming the water is solvent amount of  solute 12.5 +amount of solvent 237.5=250 g of glucose which is 5%solution of glucose by mass.

smartiest: thank you bhai
