 \text{CH}_4\text{(g) }+ \text{ O}_2,\text{(g) } \rightarrow \text{CO}_2\text{(g) }+ 2\text{H}_2\text{O(l)}

1 mole of methane produces 2 moles of water

1 mole =16g of methane

so water produced =2 mole=2×18= 36 g
