V2=120v
V1=100
V=V2-V1
V=120v-100v=20v
v =  \frac{w}{q}
w=v×q
w=20×4
w=80 joule

Given that,

Charge, q = 4 C

Voltage 1, V₁ = 100 V

Voltage 2, V₂ = 120 V

To find,

The amount of work done in moving charge.

Solution,

The work done in moving charge is given by the relation as follows :

W=V\times q\\\\W=(V_2-V_1)\times q\\\\W=(120-100)\times 4\\\\W=80\ J

Hence, the work done is 80 Joules.
