Area of shaded part will be area of bigger circle -area of smaller circle

Method :-

Here, There is square which is seems to be circumscribing the bigger circle , so the side of the square will be diameter of the bigger circle

➽Area of shaded part = πr²- πR² (here, r is the radius for bigger circle and R is radius for smaller circle )

➽Area of shaded part = π( r²-R²)

➽Area of shaded part = π( r-R)(r+R)

➽Area of shaded part = π( 14-7)×(14+7)

➽Area of shaded part = π(7)×(21)

➽Area of shaded part =22/7 ×7 ×21

➽Area of shaded part = 22×21

➽Area of shaded part = 462 cm²

Thus, area of shaded part = 462 cm²
