Area of the shaded region= area of ABC-

area of BDC

Area of ABC

By heron's formula

S=perimeter/2

S=264/2=132

area =  \sqrt{s(s - a)(s -b )(s -c )}

area =  \sqrt{132(132 - 120)(132 - 122)(132 - 22)}

by solving

area=1320sqm

Area of BDC

by using the same technique you get area as 245.92sqm

Area of shaded region =1320-245.92

=1074.08sqm
