Given:

Height - 157cm and weight - 52kg

To find:

BMI or Body Mass Index

Solution:

BMI = weight (kg)/height^2 (m)

157 cm = x m

100cm = 1m

x = 157/100

x = 1.57 m

BMI = 52/1.57^2

= 52/2.4649

= 21.09 which means a healthy person.

Extra Information:

1. BMI is a measurement of a person's health by using height and weight of a particular person.
