we have find molality by this formula
1/m=p/m-Msolute/1000
where m is molality , M is molarity , p is density of KCl and Msolute is molar weight of solute.
1/m=1.04/1-74.5/1000=1.04-0.0745=0.9655
m=1/(0.9655)=1.03 molal
now use
elevation of boiling point theorem
change in b.p=kb.molal
=0.52 x 1.03 K=0.538K
