The coulomb force will be
9 x 10^9 x 4 x 2.56 x 10^-38/3.2*3.2*10^-30
F = 90 N
and I used the coulombs Law to get the answer..

there will be no force since distance is in Fermi metre and electrostatic force do not work for such a small distance
