Supposing that the current is DC and strictly constant:

0.08 A = 0.08 Coulomb/second

in 2.5 minutes:

2.5 minutes x 60 seconds/minute = 150 seconds

So, in 150 seconds (2.5 minutes) the net load passing trough a point in the circuit is:

Net Charge = 150 second x 0.08 Coulomb/second = 12 Coulomb

So, the net charge is 12 Coulomb.
