The amount of current required will be 2 Ampere.

Explanation :

Let the current passed is I

=> I coulomb of charge is passed in 1 sec

=> charge passed in 1 hour = I x 60 x 60 = 3600I C

The reaction of copper is given by,

Cu²⁺ + 2e⁻ = Cu

From the reaction it is clear that 2 moles of electron are required to form 1 mole of copper

=> 2 x 96485 C of charge = 63.59 g

=> 3600I C of charge = 63.59 x 3600I/(2x96485) = 2.369 g

=> I = (2.369 x 2 x 96485)/(3600 x 63.59)

=> I = 2 A

Hence The amount of current required will be 2 Ampere.
