The voltage between two points is the work done per unit of charge in moving a charge between the two points. So voltage = work/charge, and work = force x distance and force = mass x acceleration.

So voltage = (mass x acceleration x distance)/charge. Dimensionally, this is mass.length.time¯². length.charge¯¹. Combining, this gives mass.length².time¯².charge¯¹.

So you could express a Volt as 1 kilogram-metre² per square second per Coulomb (probably better to stick with Volts!)
