The net resistance will be approx, 12.4 ohms.

Explanation:

From the diagram, it is observable that,

The 5, 3, 5 ohm resistors are connected in series in the right side.Thus the resistance among these three resistors will be 5 + 3 + 5 = 13 ohms

Thus, we replace the 3ohm resistor on right side with a 13 ohm resistor.

Now, we find that the 3 ohm and 13 ohm resistors are in parallel connection.

Therefore, net resistance ;

                                       1/3 + 1/13 = 1/R

                                    R = 39/16 ohms.

Now, the remaining resistors are in series. Therefore, net resistance =  

   5 + 5+ 39/16 = 12.43 ohms.
