=2.656*10^-23 g

The mass of an Oxygen atom is:
First lets see that an oxygen atom is made out of (I'm taking the most common Oxygen isotope - Oxygen-16)
It contains   8 Protons        
                      8 Neutrons     
             and  8 Electrons
1  Proton's weight is     1.6726231e-27 kg
2  Neutrons weight is   1.6749286e-27 kg
3. Electrons weight is   9.1093897e-31 kg

8 Proton's =     1.3380985e-26 kg
8 Neutron's =  1.3399429e-26 kg
8 Electron's =  7.2875118e-30 kg

So total weight is 2.6787702e-26 kg
(0.000 000 000 000 000 000 002 678 770 2 kg)
Since this value will be very inconvenient in everyday calculations, though values like these might be used in very important applications which need values like this. Otherwise the mole(the weight of oxygen in one mole of it or 6.023e+23 atoms of Oxygen)  value is used for Oxygen-16 which is 16g!
Or as Dhrubajyoti Samanta mentioned 15,9994g.

But, basically, divide 16.0 grams by Avogadro's Number:
16.0/6.02e23 = 2.6578073089700999e-23
according to Python. That number, 2.66 times 10^-23, is the weight of a single oxygen atom, in grams. That's 2.66e-26 kilograms, incidentally.
So... the actual mass comes to be:
0.000 000 000 000 000 000 000 026 57 grams.
