Hey ..
The formula for gravitational force is :
F = G×m1×m2 / r^2
Here , G is the gravitational constant which is equal to 6.67×10^-11
m1 is the mass of the object which is 100 kg
m2 is the mass of the earth which is 5.972 × 10^24 kg
r is the radius of the earth which is 6371 km
Thus...
F = 6.67 × 10^-11 × 100 × 5.972 × 10^24
-----------------------------------------------
6371 × 6371
On calculation it equals to
9.81 × 10^8 N

To find the acceleration use the formula
F = Ma
If you want to find the acceleration produced on the body .. then use the body's mass in the formula
and vice versa if you want to find the acceleration produced on the earth
By calculation...
Acceleration on the body is 9.81 x 10^6 m/s^2
Acceleration on earth is 1.64 × 10^-16

Hope this helps u
