Hey user !!

Answer:

The electric field intensity is given as

E = kq/r2

where

q = total charge on helium nucleus = +2e = 2 X 1.6 X 10-19 C

r = distance =  1 Angstrom = 10-10 m  and

k = 9 X 109 Nm2/C2

so,

E = (9 X 109) X (2 X 1.6 X 10-19) / (10-10)2  N/C

or E = 18 X 1.6 X 1010  N/C

So,

the electric field would be E = 28.8 X 1010 N/C
