MOMENTUM = MASS×VELOCITY
20 = 0.1×V
20/1/10=V
200 = V
K.E= 1/2MV^2
=1/2×(1/10)×(200)^2
=1/20×40000
=2000J

Solution :
Momentum = Mass * Velocity
Mass = 0.1 kg ( Given )
=> 20 kg.m / s = 0.1 kg * Velocity
=> Velocity = 20 kg.m / s / 0.1 kg
=> Velocity = 200 m / s
Therefore Kinetic Energy can be calculated with the formula:
Kinetic Energy = 1 / 2 * Mass * Velocity²
=> Kinetic Energy = 0.5 * 0.1 kg * 200² m / s
=> Kinetic Energy = 0.05 * 40000 = 2000 kg.m / s
Hence Kinetic Energy = 2000 J
