Time difference is 5 hours 30 minutes means 330 minutes. And the place is in the western henisphere as its time is beyond the time of Greenwitch. As we know that

4minutes=1° longitude difference

330 minutes = 330÷4= 82.5° West.

So the ans is 82°5' West longitude.
