Calcium chloride = CaCl2
CaCl2 = 40+(35.5*2)
= 40 + 71
= 111u....

formula of calcium chloride is CaCl₂

mass of calcium is 40 g while the mass of chlorine is 35.5 g.

So, the molecular mass = 40 + 2X35.5

                                       = 111 g
