GIVEN :

moles of Nitrogen (N) = 0.5

molar mass of N = 14

To find:

the mass of atoms present in 0.5 moles of Nitrogen (N).

FORMULA USED :

NUMBER OF MOLES = GIVEN MASS/ MOLAR MASS

SOLUTION :

NUMBER OF MOLES = MASS/ MOLAR MASS

0.5= MASS / 14

0.5 ×14= MASS

7 = MASS

ANSWER:

7 = MASS OF ATOMS PRESENT IN 0.5 MOLES OF NITROGEN.

Explanation:

use fomula = mass/molar mass

0.5 mole of Nitrogen

1 mole of N=14 gram

0.5 mole N=0.5÷14

=7gram

Here's ur answer mate...

hope it helps
