Explanation:

Accprding to law of conservation of mass , mass can neither be created nor be destroyed . hence sum of masses of reactant will be equal to totol product mass hence mass of A+mass of B = mass of AB

mass of A = mass if AB -Mass of B

= 24-10

= 14g
