now, first see the atomic masses of all of them
atomic mass of carbon equals to 12u
atomic mass of hydrogen is 1u
atomic mass of oxygen is 16u
now, calculate the molecular mass. ie, 6xatomic mass of carbon+12xatomic mass of hydrogen+ 6xatomic mass of oxygen.
you'll get, 6x12+ 12x1+ 6x16 = 180u .
for molar mass, u just need to change the unit from u to grams.
so, your answer is 180gms
