Steps

Just get out that Periodic Table of the Elements, find the atomic masses for each atom, and add them up!

Carbon = 12

Hydrogen = 1

Oxygen = 16

C=12×12=144

H=1×22=22

O=16×11=176

Sucrose =144+22+176=342g/mol
