Molarity is one the way to express the concentration of a solution...Which is defined as the number of moles of solute dissolve in unit volume ( litre of solution)
i,e Molarity , M = moles of solute / litre of solution
Here , Moles of sloute = 0.45 = 45 /100
we know that ,
1 litre = 1000 cm^3 or 1000 cm ^3 = 1 litre
=> 1 cm^3 = 1 / 1000 litre
=> 250 cm^3 = 250 / 1000 L
= 1/4 L
Thus , M = (45 /100 ) / ( 1/4 )
= 45 × 4 / 100
= 180 / 100
= 1.80 moles / litre
