Here is your answer....


Atomic mass of Na = molar mass = 23g.

Given mass = 46g.

No. of moles = given mass/molar mass = 46/23=2 mole

No. of particles = given mass/ molar mass × 6.022× 10^(23)

= 46/23×6.022 ×10^(23)

= 2× 6.022× 10^(23)

= 12.044 × 10^(23)

= 1.2044 × 10^(24)

Therefore number of particles in 46g of Na is 1.2044×10^(24)

And number of moles is 2 mole
