Calculate the percentage composition of sodium and carbon in sodium carbonate.
Given: Relative atomic mass of Na=23, C=12.0-16.

Sodium Carbonate is Na2CO3.

Sodium - Percentage Composition = 2 x 23 / 2 x 23 + 12 + 16 x 3 = 46/106 * 100 = 43.39 %

Carbon - Percentage Composition = 12/106 * 100 = 11.32 %
