A quadrant of a circle means one-fourth of circle. Given, radius, r = 70 cm
perimeter =  \frac{1}{4}  \times 2\pi \: r \\  = \frac{1}{4}  \times 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 70 = 110 \: cm
area =  \frac{1}{4}  \times \pi {r}^{2}  \\ \frac{1}{4}  \times \frac{22}{7}  \times  {70}^{2}   = 3850 \:  {cm}^{2}
