ANSWER:-

pH can be converted to concentration using formula,

concentration= -antilog(pH)

thus concentration of pH 3=10^(-3) & concentration of pH 5= 10^(-5)

now assuming 1 litre of solution of both,

M1V1+M2V2=M3V3

[10^(-3)*1]+[10^(-5)*1]=2*M3 (as V1+V2=V3)

0.00101/2=M3

thus the concentration obtained would be= 0.000505 M

pH=-log(concentration)= 3.29
