We know that,
Specific Charge of Electron, e/m ≈ - 1.75 × 10¹¹ C/Kg
0.5 = E × {-1.75 × 10¹¹]
E = - 0.28 × 10^-11 V/m
Also,
Potential Difference = - Electric Field × Distance
V = -(-0.28 × 10^-11)× 10²
V = 0.28 × 10^-9 Volts
