calculate the power of 8 fans ,if each of them draws a current of 0.5A at a p.d of 200V

ans is 800 v for 8 fans

Explanation:

p=?

v=200v

I=0.5 A

solution:P=VI

P=200*0.5=100.0=100

therefore for 1 fan power=100 v.

& for 8 fans =8*100= 800 v
